![]() Linux - Ubuntu 21.04 all works, video, ethernet, WIFI, BT. Using Grab2Win installed in Windows to manage boot, quite easy to use and can be uninstalled if you want to go back to Windows only. Beats my 3 years old desktop and 6 months old high end Dell XPS laptop by a mile. Went toįirst, great little machine (I use it for development). (Although that's much harder to do these days).Īfter completing the Debian install, I went into the System Setup (hit Delete or Escape when the miniforum logo is on the screen). ![]() That way you don't have to worry about figuring out how to partition the disk and don't have to worry about accidentally erasing your existing partitions. Then click Resize/Move, and it will create a pending activity to resize the partition, you should now have unallocated space I chose to shrink my Windows partition down to 100Gb You can drag the right side over towards the left to shrink the existing partition, or type in a New Size. My disk initially looked like this (I'm using the 512Gb NVME SSD that came with my HX90) After installation, I booted up with a gparted live USB. I used Win10_21H1_English_圆4.iso directly from Microsoft burned it to DVD and booted and installed. I started out with a completely blank disk. ![]() I ran in to a slight delay because I didn't realize I hadn't changed the boot order in UEFI and chalked to up to Windows 11 wierdness and wen't through wiping and reloading everything and starting from scratch again. ![]()
